I am writing this letter
to express my most sincere and immense appreciation for all your help during my
move from New York to Sarasota in Spring of 2004.
Not only were you able to
locate the house of my dreams in a very short period of time, but you were also
able to negotiate a fantastic price as well. You continually went above
